RETURNS & QUALITY CONTROL
If you have purchased an item from us and are not pleased with your item, then please let us know within
14 days of purchase. We can offer refunds as soon as the item has been returned to us in the original condition within 30 days of purchase. Return costs are to be arranged and paid by the customer.
If you have any issues with a product designed by us, but sold via another retailer,
please contact the retailer that you originally purchased the item from.
In the unlikely event that a product we have designed is not up to scratch please let us know.
We care about our designs and want to make sure that all manufacturers & retailers are
doing everything they can to maintain the high level of care that we expect.
